Job Description

 We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the organization's projects.
The selected candidate for this role shall be essentially helping the company plan every aspect of our upcoming talent hunt reality TV show event and every other subsequent event. Therefore, this role requires someone with a good background in financial the and entertainment industries.  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations, sponsors, and influencers
• Oversee the planning and execution of the yearly talent hunt contests
• Develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
• Create revenue streams through ticket sales, sponsorships, and other opportunities
• Build and lead a dedicated team
• Act as a spokesperson for inclusivity in the entertainment industry
• Develop and manage budgets for the talent hunt contests
• .Manage digital marketing, content creation, and PR teams.
• Compile periodic reports on business development activities and send to the board of directors

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related role within the entertainment industry.
• Strong knowledge of the entertainment industry in Lagos and Nigeria.
• Proven track record in developing successful partnerships and sponsorship deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creativity and innovation in event planning and promotion.
• Proficiency in CRM, project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
