    Business Development Executive

    Duties

    • Understanding the requirements of customers, and developing strategies for business growth
    • Closing leads that have been generated by the Sales Executives
    • Working collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales quotas
    • Building solid relationships with customers and developing a list of contacts.
    • Keeping the CRM system up to date
    • Networking, conducting face-to-face meetings, sales calls, and any other activities that help to generate and close leads
    • Create sales updates and reports and present them regularly to management
    • Identify how best to prospects/customers and increase profitability.
    • Develop, in conjunction with sales, strategic account plans for specific individuals and companies, based on existing or long-term potential large revenue opportunities
    • Increase new account sales, sales opportunity conversion rates, strategic client engagements, and customer delight by making our sales and value propositions more relevant
    • Provide ‘content-based’ training to the clients.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience.
