    Business Development Executive

    • We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our B2B operations and drive growth from the ground up.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the B2B sector for vehicle rentals.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
    • Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
    • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Represent Rentit at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our business network.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on closing deals and exceeding targets.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
    • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
    • Previous experience in the vehicle rental industry or related field is a plus.
