    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary:

    As the Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by leading strategic initiatives related to product branding, product development, business expansion, and sales. You will head a department and be at the forefront of every growth discussion, working closely with executive leadership to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence. This role requires a proven track record of success in business development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, focusing on product branding, development, and market expansion.
    2. Lead a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to drive performance and achieve business goals.
    3. Drive product branding initiatives to enhance brand visibility, market positioning, and customer engagement across various channels.
    4. Oversee the product development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market and meet customer needs.
    5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
    6. Lead business expansion efforts into new markets, leveraging market insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
    7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns, promotions, and go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
    8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, industry influencers, and stakeholders, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
    9. Monitor and analyze market trends, sales performance metrics, and competitive landscape, providing regular updates and actionable insights to executive leadership.
    10. Drive sales initiatives, including client acquisition, contract negotiations, and revenue optimization, ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
    2. Proven track record of 6 years in senior business development roles within the ICT industry, with a focus on product branding, development, and sales.
    3. Strong experience in leading and managing teams, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    4. In-depth knowledge of ICT products, services, and technologies, with a keen understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape.
    5. Demonstrated success in driving business expansion, revenue growth, and market penetration through strategic planning and execution.
    6. Expertise in product branding strategies, market positioning, and customer engagement techniques.
    7. Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
    8. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    9. Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and other business development technologies.
    10. Availability for occasional travel as required.
