Are you an IT Pre-sales Engineer/Consultant with passion for business development and delivering great customer experience? Do you have a particular interest and background in technical field, sales/retail, business management or marketing and are ready to work in a very diverse technology environment?
Job Responsibilities:
Product management
Defining and driving marketing strategy across channels for the full customer lifecycle
Developing and analyzing goals, performance, and other key metrics, using it to inform the overall marketing strategy
Branding and awareness
Design and customer experience
Liaising with UI/UX, Software development and Customer Services teams to develop best customer experiences
Ensuring the efficient use of digital media budget across all regions
Launching campaigns on time and on budget
Tracking the performance of ongoing campaigns and report on progress to the Management.
Serving as the digital campaigns data and performance expert
Taking a consultative approach when working with other departments
Projects
Lead the latest major project development from a technical standpoint.
Determine ways in which we can leverage our tech services to reduce time spent on tasks.
Remain on the cutting-edge of relevant tools/technologies.
Help analyse existing processes and find ways to improve them.
Work with stakeholders from across the business to improve the product.
Analytics / data insight
Derive insight from large amounts of data to make better informed product decisions.
Liaise with the insight team and produce technical specifications for reports and dashboards.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in sales and the technology field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership and team working skills.
