Brand Administrator at Ntel Nigeria

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

• The Brand Administrator will ensure the smooth running and implementation of Brand Management planned activities (both internal and external), communications, events, schedules, payments, travels and follows up with all approvals of the departmental requirements both on ERP or offline and managing relationships with vendors or other external parties not limited to APCON (ARCON) and LASSA.
• Maintain relationships with media barter arrangement, brand vendors, APCON (ARCON) and LASSA, follow-up and make sure all departmental requirements have been approved both on ERP/offline or other parties not limited to APCON (ARCON) and LASSA.
• Managing the compilation and distribution of internal staff newsletters, writing and editing content, arranging photography, overseeing design, print and production.
• Researching market trends and competitor activities within the industry to identify opportunities for growth and assist in developing marketing strategies, including public relations campaigns, event planning, seminars, or others based on company needs.
• Ensure ntel corporate website is up to date with relevant information on products, services, and brand engagements.
• Support the Creative team by writing /developing content for various brand-advertising channels like flyers, banners, emails etc

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of Marketing/Sales experience.
• Any certification in marketing or branding is advantageous.

Skills / Physical Competencies:

• Good written and communication skills, Innovative and creative, accuracy and a good eye for detail, project management skills; ability to prioritize, while adhering to strict project timeline and budgets, Microsoft excel and power point.
