    Billing Support Engineer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Work closely with vendors to resolve trouble tickets to manage system upgrades
    • Responsible for accurate billing of all customers
    • Ensure proper integration and testing between the billing system

    Job Requirements

    • 4-6 years experience in running billing systems in the telecommunications industry
    • Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting billing issues
    • Experienced in linux, HTML, CSS, Javascript, MySQL
    • Full understanding of telecom billing
