Responsibilities

• Ensure that all clients work is progressed expeditiously and that the client is kept regularly informed on progress and on cost.
• To manage all clients work allocated by the team leader or Senior Associate; and in accordance with the quality standards contained in the Manual.
• Be up to date with the latest laws; decided cases and developments in the legal profession.
• Exercise high standards of Client Care in a professional and pleasant manner.
• Assist the relevant Senior Associate in preparing for court, including but not limited to, research, drafting of court processes, and collating the books and case file for court.
• Achieve agreed levels of billing and time recording.
• Complying with the legal practitioners Accounts rules and rules of professional Conduct of Legal Practitioners.
• Maintain clear and precise communications with other personal of the firm.
• Supervise, support and develop immediate support staff.
• Take responsibility for and attend to self-development.
• Be active in promoting services of Mi, its image and ethos.
• Market the services of Mi and bring in new work to Mi.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 5 - 10 years work experience.
