    Affiliates Specialist

    Role Overview: 

    • As the Affiliate Specialist for KingMakers, your main responsibilities will be to strengthen our affiliate program and boost customer acquisition through the activation of dynamic Nigerian/International affiliates and strategic partnerships.
    • You will drive traffic to our company's website, create marketing campaigns and materials, monitoring affiliate performance, and tracking results.
    • Create solid business partnerships promote BetKing products to attract new customers, and increase the Life-time value of existing ones.
    • This role requires previous experience of successfully managing an Affiliate Marketing role within the igaming/gaming space.

    What You Will Be Doing:  

    • Acquire, retain, and activate new Nigerian/International affiliates and partnerships to expand our affiliate program and drive customer acquisition.
    • Lead negotiations of commercial agreements with affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with our LTV and CAC objectives.
    • Improve existing process of onboarding new partners, improving reporting & ways of working
    • Conduct industry research to identify and approach prospective affiliate partners, staying updated on market trends and developments that can contribute to LTV and CAC optimizations.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as compliance and legal teams, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and terms and conditions
    • Represent the company at affiliate conferences in Nigeria or international conferences, networking with potential partners and staying connected with industry
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliates through regular communication and support, fostering partnerships that contribute to LTV growth.
    • Drive the channel's performance, meeting agreed acquisition volumes and ROI targets for the Nigerian market, while constantly optimizing CAC and LTV metrics.
    • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing affiliate agreements, analyzing ROI benchmarks and making data-driven decisions that align with our LTV and CAC goals.
    • Communicate progress on growth and efficiency KPIs related to acquisition volumes, ROI, LTV, and CAC on a weekly and monthly basis to management and stakeholders. 
    • Identify opportunities to improve existing campaigns and deals, aiming to increase acquisition volumes while optimizing CAC and enhancing customer lifetime value. 
      Collaborate with creative teams to design and deliver creative assets that optimize affiliate marketing 

    What You Need for This Role:  

    • Bachelor degree or its equivalent
    • 3+ years' experience in Affiliate Marketing
    • Excellent understanding of affiliate marketing principles, including experience with CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and Tenancy payment models, with a focus on optimizing LTV and CAC. 
    • Understand of how feeds of information work, HTML 5 creatives
    • Understand about gambling industry and it’s terms
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze data and present insights related to LTV and CAC optimizations.
    • Ability to interpret and analyze data to make informed decisions and drive results, with a strong focus on LTV and CAC metrics.
    • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve LTV and CAC objectives.
    • Proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks
    • Excellent working knowledge of affiliate management platforms such as Intelitics/ Income Access or similar platforms, leveraging them to track and optimize LTV, FTDs and CAC performance.
    • Proven ability to plan and deliver against business strategies and targets, with a focus on LTV and CAC optimization.
    • Previous experience in an affiliate management role, with a demonstrated track record of optimizing LTV and CAC.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards
