    Administrative Executive

    Description 

    • Working with the HOD Admin to help supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
    • Supporting in recruitment process
    • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
    • Relating with external bodies on administrative issues (LASTMA, LASEPA, LASSA, residents association, landlord, caretaker, security agencies), etc.
    • Payment of bills (IKEDC, LAWMA, Security Company etc).
    • Providing support for office security (communicating instructions, ensuring action on instructions)
    • Ensuring the provision of stationery (purchase, disbursement and monitoring) and filingof all important documents
    • Supervision of cleaning activities/ensure the general environment in good order
    • Handling different aspects of Vehicle administration (maintenance, documentation, fuelling etc)
    • Generating miscellaneous data as requested for official uses
    • Office inventory (monitoring movement of company property, keeping inventory)
    • Maintain adequate lateral and vertical communication with all staff on administrative issues.
    • Any other duties associated with general administration or as directed by Head, HR/Administration.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's in relevant fields with 1 - 2 years work experience.
    • Must be computer-literate
    • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Must have finished NYSC
