• Must posses a minimum of Bsc/HND in Administrative Management.
• Must have a proven practical experience of Administrative role over the years.
• Must be calculative and good with time and resources management.
• Must be agile and tenacious to duties.
• Must be friendly and be professional in operations.
• Must be a good and understandable property manager.
• Must be able to gather reports and analyse them properly.
• Must be experienced with vendor relationships and managing administrative documents.
• Must be matured in mind and flexible.
