    Admin and Logistics Executive

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative and Logistics Executive.
    • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and the efficient delivery of our products and services.
    • The role involves managing various administrative tasks, coordinating logistics operations, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
    • Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and other relevant documents.
    • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative team.
    • Submit monthly Admin reports and reconcile expense report.
    • Monitoring of availability and efficient use of Diesel.
    • Keep daily record of diesel usage and submit monthly reports.
    • Ensure proper Power management to minimize power cost.
    • Manage Admin requests from various units & departments.
    • Support the management team in scheduling meetings, take minutes and manage project-related activities.
    • Ensure timely renewal of licenses and particulars.
    • Managing assets such as facilities and equipment, including planning for repairs and replacements
    • Make travel arrangements and out of town allowance for staff.
    • Monitor availability and efficient use of office supplies.
    • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
    • Plan and coordinate the transportation and delivery of products to clients, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
    • Collaborate with the sales, design, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
    • 2 Years proven experience in logistics coordination and administrative support.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
    • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected challenges.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
