• Posting of cheque requisition vouchers into the systems.
• Posting of customer payments (receipt)
• Posting of suppliers invoices
• Posting of bank lodgments.
• Updating of staff loans / advances.
• Computing of management / senior staff salaries.
• Updating of customer ledger
• Preparing of weekly customer age analysis.
• Bank reconciliation
• VAT input / output reconciliation
• Computing of daily bank position
• Preparing customers payables.
• Preparing bank reconciliation.
• Preparing deferred receivables for staff.
• Monthly sales for customers.
• Payroll for junior staff.
• Raising journals for monthly report.
• Entering journals into the system.
• Going to bank (occasionally).
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation
• Coding of cheque requests, receipts, etc.
• Raising and entering of journals
• Monitoring of inventories.
• Monthly update of Fixed Asset Register.
• Monthly preparation and remittance of statutory dues – VAT, WHT, etc.
• Preparation of Debit/Credit Notes.
• Any other assigned duties.
