Our client is on track to be the market leader is the production of advanced world class solutions and products for the Electricity Industry. They are now recruiting for a team to head up and support their operations in Nigeria.

Purpose of role

This role will see you Supervise the general management, production, operations and maintenance of the plant as well as liase with suppliers both locally an internationally. You will also lead the Implementation of / Compliance with Government Regulations, HSE standards.     

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
• Specify a policy including strategic plan for Sales & Marketing management
• Develop and adjust sales & marketing strategies to qualify for market trend, competitors and customers
• Develop and Review commercial reports and present to the Management Team and Managing Director and when requested by the Board the following reports but not limited to;
• Bid/Tenders Milestone Reports

• Lead the execution of tasks associated with the achievement of the business goals

• Strong focus on the economics and profitability of production or the services rendered by the entire department
• Specify a policy including strategic plan for Sales & Marketing management
• Develop and adjust sales & marketing strategies to qualify for market trend, competitors and customers

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Sc/HND in related courses and added with MBA
• Minimum of 10 - 20 years’ experience, with at least 5 years management experience of working in manufacturing Plant/assembly line
• Manufacturing experience preferably in electrical industry

• Must have reputable professional certification in related function and industry
