THE ROLE (JOB SUMMARY):
CLL has been developing in breadth and depth over the past few years and the capacity to support the organisation needs to increase. In addition, the FEO is responsible for ensuring accurate and consistent data collection and reporting on the children that come to CLL for help and support and on any projects undertaken by CLL, as well as for the evaluation and analysis of the data collected in order to develop and support the organisation’s programs and policies and provide reports to donors and other relevant bodies.
The FEO works closely with the other members of the CLL leadership team, and is expected to work alongside his/her colleagues in supervising and educating the children that come to the drop-in centre on basic literacy, numeracy and life skills and provide such other support and carry out such other duties as the PM may require.
