JOB OBJECTIVE(S)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines of DO.II Designs and advise on possible new lines based on the market requirements.
2. Manage sales, client relations and business development of the company within defined geographic areas.
3. Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning, deployment of sales personnel.
4. Perform sales & marketing activities in relations to business development to establish new clients & business opportunities.
5. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the DO.II sales team by developing the team through motivation, skills development and product knowledge development.
6. Monitor the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports and cyclical sales meetings with the General Manager.
7. Hold regular meeting with the Sales, Project and Client service team
8. Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each of the sales team.
9. Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales result
10. Review expenses and recommends measures for judicious use of company’s resources.
11. Formulate and implements all sales policies, practices and procedures
12. Assist the Sales & CSO personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with clients and personally establishes the same with top echelon decision makers.
13. Provide weekly & monthly reports of sales, assessment of Sales & CSO staff productivity in the management report and recommending areas of improvement for the department and the business.
QUALIFICATION
First degree Marketing or Business related field and an MBA
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Excellent Soft skills e.g. planning and time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple process flows
Analytical and diagnostic thought pattern and process
Passionate and aggressive client follow-up ability
Increase client base
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 5 years experience is required.
