Key Accountabilities
Develop suitable programmes to ensure full employee engagement.
Ability to articulate and put in place suitable human resources development plans.
Propose and implement appropriate performance management system.
Serve as a business partner to all the divisions.
Ability to develop appropriate intervention programme to address identified capacity gaps.
Educational & Experience Required
Minimum of 5 years post NYSC work experience in the same role
A minimum of Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
HR certification/MBA is an added advantage.
