Requirements

• ?    Oversee activities of operations staff in all locations in the region and ensure discipline among the staff
• ?    Disseminate Operations processes and updates to ensure service levels are met at all times
• ?    Propose and initiate process improvements for the optimization of people and other key resources
• ?    Render timely reports for key decision making
• ?    HND/BSc in related fields
• ?    Minimum of 5 years working experience in logistics operations
• ?    Must be computer literate (Microsoft office)
• ?    Age between 30 - 35
