    After Sales Officer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a smart and active Aftersales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate is time-conscious,customer-centric, and proactively solves issues.
    • You will be responsible for repairing faulty solar systems andsolar installation at different sites.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Conducts system check, maintenance, and troubleshooting on the installed photovoltaic (PV) system.
    • Terminates electrical wiring, troubleshoots wiring connections and internet connections on the inverters.
    • Checks layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures,
    • Checks sketches or follows blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building safety codes.
    • Checks as-built, general arrangement drawings, equipment and cable route layouts, cable tray installation layout, and others
    • Install solar panels and resolve inverter issues

    Requirements

    • Graduate of Electrical / Electronics Engineering or any course related to electrical technology
    • 1-2 years practical experience as an aftersales officer in a solar company
    • Must live close proximity to Alausa, Ikeja (Ojodu Ogba, Ojota, Ketu, Agege)
    • Has prior work experience in solar PV systems and installation
    • Willing to do on-site/field works
    • Excellent time management, Communication and customer relationship management skill

    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Promoting the company's products.
    • Acting as the main point of contact with agents and distributors.
    • Implementing sales goals and communicating them to management.
    • Preparing sales reports and submitting them to management.
    • Promptly responding to customer requests.
    • Maximizing the growth potential of the business.
    • Ensuring that sales executives comply with industry regulations.
    • Collecting customer feedback as well as conducting market research.
    • Creating new Business to Government partnerships.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • Must reside around Ikeja, Ojodu, Agege, Ogba, Ojota, Ketu.
    • Proven work experience in the solar industry is an added advantage.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management.
    • Proficient in basic accounting.
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
    • Sound organizational skills.
    • Ability to motivate staff and lead a team.
    • Solid knowledge of the sales terrain in Lagos.
