    Financial Controller

    Role Objective:

    The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, reporting, and compliance within the medical manufacturing company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and taxation laws.
    • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
    • Coordinate financial audits and inspections.
    • Provide financial analysis and support to management decision-making.

    Job Specification:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification preferred).
    • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the medical manufacturing or healthcare industry.
    • Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
    • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., ERP systems).
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Superintendent Pharmacist

    Role Objective;

    The Superintendent Pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing pharmaceutical production, quality control, and regulatory compliance within the medical manufacturing company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and NAFDAC.
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies, including NAFDAC, to secure and maintain necessary approvals.
    • Oversee the production of IV fluids to ensure compliance with pharmacological processes and regulatory guidelines.
    • Ensure product quality, safety, and efficacy.
    • Develop and implement quality control measures and procedures.
    • Coordinate with regulatory agencies for product registrations, licenses, and inspections.
    • Manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
    • Conduct training and ensure competency of pharmacy staff.
    • Monitor and analyze pharmaceutical trends and developments.

    Job Specification;

    • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Master's degree preferred) and registered as a pharmacist with relevant regulatory authorities.
    • Licensed Pharmacist with a minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
    • Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance.
    • Thorough understanding of GMP, GDP, and other regulatory requirements.
    • Strong leadership and Organizational skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Continuous learning and development mindset.
