Project Manager at Lorgarithm

• We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed. Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
• The Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. -
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables. -
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress against timelines and milestones. -
• Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure projects are completed within budget. -
• Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. -
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and vendors. -
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear direction and guidance to team members. -
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. -
• Identify and resolve project issues and escalate as needed. -
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications: -

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. -
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology industry. -
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. -
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. -
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. -
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. -
• PMP certification is a plus
