    Personal Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a responsible Female Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
    • You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager’s working life and communication in a manner that will help us keep growing. If you're hard-working and dedicated then this job offer is for you.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
    • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
    • Develop new customers and new sales channels
    • Operate and manage social media handles like Instagram, Facebook,TikTok and YouTube
    • Handle requests and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
    • Collaborating with the sales team to improve overall sales performance
    • Promote products or services and attract customers, place an order.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum academic qualification of OND in Marketing or any related discipline
    • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
    • MS Office and English proficiency
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • At least one (1) year of sales experience
    • Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
    • Honesty and integrity
    • Age between 22-30 years.
