    Group Head Business Strategy & Performance Monitoring

    Job Summary:

    • The Group Head, Business Strategy and Performance Monitoring will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of the organization and ensuring effective performance monitoring across all business units. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to develop, implement, and monitor key strategic initiatives and performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and fostering continuous improvement across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies in collaboration with senior leadership to drive growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
    • Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor research, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish performance targets aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Design and implement robust performance monitoring frameworks to track KPIs and evaluate business performance against targets.
    • Generate regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into business performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop action plans and initiatives to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
    • Lead strategic projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and maximizing business value.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business strategy and performance management to inform decision-making.
    • Provide guidance and support to business unit leaders in setting strategic priorities, developing business plans, and aligning initiatives with overall corporate strategy.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • 10-15 years of experience in business strategy, performance management, or related roles, preferably in a [relevant industry/sector].
    • Must be Tech Savvy, Charismatic and ability to develop strategies( Short Term, Medium Term and Long Term) covering d business of d company, strategies must be realistic, actionable and achievable.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and formulate actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change initiatives.
    • Proficiency in business intelligence tools, performance monitoring software, and data visualization platforms.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate future challenges and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
    • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.
