    Facilities Operations Manager

    • Qualification:  Degree in relevant field
    • Experience:   Minimum of 6 years

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring that basic facilities are well maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
    • Ensuring that facilities meets compliances standards and government regulation
    • Ensure the effective performance management of facilities contract services including 
    • building maintenance, security, cleaning, parking and waste management
    • Ensures tenants adhere to agreed security measures and procedures of the  management
    • Water reticulation within the facility
    • Manage waste disposal and evacuation
    • Keep records of waste evacuation
    • Monitor facility usage, operations and equipment maintenance
    • Maintain accurate records of equipment functioning status
    • Ensure all equipment and other facilities are functioning well.
    • Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facility.
