    Bakery Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure quality and quantity bread targets are met
    • Lead subordinates to achieve set objectives
    • Ensure production is in line with regulatory standards
    • Coordinate the entire baking activities

    Requirements

    • A Degree in Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, or related course. Robust experience in bread bakery may substitute.
    • A minimum of 5years work experience in a related position
