Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Officer at Krystal Digital Solutions. As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for keeping accurate records of cash flows of the company.
• The duties include; Providing support for the Accounts Department with various tasks such as invoicing, data entry, financial reports generation, returns filing, computing statutory remittances, etc.
• Candidate should have high ability to manage self, personal time and resources, positively represents the department/company and taking responsibility for own work while providing support to others in accomplishing their work and intelligently implementing cost reduction alternatives for the company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in account management or a similar role, preferably 2-4 years experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong proficiency in accounting financial software preferably Quick Books, and MS Office
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Professional certification such as ACCA or ICAN is a plus
