    Sales and Marketing Manager (Short Let Apartment)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to promote and maximize occupancy for our short-let apartments in Lagos.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and hospitality, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive bookings and maximize revenue for short-let apartments.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners.
    • Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential guests.
    • Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach target audiences.
    • Developing compelling content, including photos, videos, and written descriptions, to showcase the unique features and amenities of our apartments.
    • Manage listings on short-term rental platforms to optimize visibility and booking conversion.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing guests, corporate clients, and booking agents to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and property management, to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or revenue management within the hospitality industry, preferably in short-term rentals or accommodations.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting sales and marketing data.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
