IT/Tech Officers (Experienced in Healthcare/Development) at Heartitudes Health Foundation

Position Overview:

Drawing upon your expertise in IT and healthcare/development, you will lead efforts to implement and maintain technology solutions that support our programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
• Provide technical support to staff, volunteers, and partners on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Lead the implementation and integration of new IT solutions, applications, and technologies to support organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage IT procurement, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and asset management.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT, preferably in the healthcare or nonprofit sector.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles.
• Experience with healthcare information systems (e.g., EMR/EHR systems) is preferred.
• Proficiency in networking, database management, and cloud computing technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
